Our first event as a team was the 2013 Oktoberfest up at Bristol's own Ashton Court. We put a team of 4 together, had a stab at the 8 hour race & came 9th. So obviously when it was time to sign up for the 2014 event we couldn't wait. Originally we had plans for more than one team, but due to various other commitments a number of riders had to stand down, meaning a last minute team was built (2 days before the event). The weather held off for the majority of the day with the guys putting in a solid set of consistent lap times, half way through the afternoon the weather turned & the rest of the race would be played out on a wet course. With the cut off time for laps being 5pm, it was going to be close, but Luke powered round a final lap & got back with a minute to spare, placing the team in 6th place. More photos & video incoming.
